SBSA LOAN2 - Hard check done on my account twice !!!!

When checking my clear score report I found that a credit enquiry was made against my name by SBSA LOAN2 in March and in September I see many complaints about this. Can Standard bank explain? My daughter app**** for a student loan and this is going to affect my credit rating and thus my interest rate.
