SBSA LOAN DEBIT
After numerous emails and calls going unanswered i need help asap. I settled my loan with standard bank yet they are still debiting me a random amount of R342.58 as ref SBSA LOAN. this cant even be the credit life as that is for the duration of loan only and according to my pre-agreement statement is only R115pm. Please explain the random debit and stop and reverse it.

16 Jul 2019, 14:25Good day Ms. Meyer Please note that the interest charged on the loan is variable and therefore there amount charged differs every month. Kindly refer to the attached copy of your contract page 2, point 2 Interest Rate. Due to your instalments being fixed and you did not make additional deposits towards the loan, the term of the loan was slightly extended to cater for the interest changes. Kind regards
(Is it legal to "slightly extend a fixed term contract" as this response doesnt make sense to me.)

16 Jul 2019, 14:29Also because i didnt make additional deposits this is why the random extra interest was liable, i am sure this interest was suppose to be written off. Can someone else please explain to me why this interest is liable and it cannot be because i didnt make extra payments on my fixed loan.
