Hi, I just logged into my CLEARSCORE and someone has done an enquiry on my profile without my consent. Enquiry name is SBSA LOAN 2. I do not have an account with Standard Bank and I have not made any loan applications in months.

I am baffled because now I see my latest CLEARSCORE report that the enquiry was done on the 14th of January 2022, which has now impacted my profile negatively, and no consent was given, is this even legal.

Please fix this Standard Bank.

Hi, this is still not resolved! I have called the Customer Service number numerous times!!! I don’t get through to a single consultant! Please fix this
