SBSA has very few employees like her

I went into Irene Village Mall SBSA branch in December to make a payment towards my mother's vehicle. I got stinking attitude from some lady at Enquiries, while on the flip side, I received the best treatment from a certain Cecile Nhlapo. Cecile was very professional and great at conflict management. Then this morning, I sent an e-mail relating to the payment in question. Cecile went the extra mile, got me the info I needed, communicated them clearly. If this lady is not given a management position soon, it will be a great loss. Maybe great gain to the likes of FNB and other big banks :). Thank you Cecile. Please keep it up.
