SBSA has got my account wrongfully under DR Status

Hi...<br> <br> I'm in the process of applying for a house and the standard bank application came back as a decline because apparently your systems show that I'm currently under debt review/counseling which is false. <br> <br> How did you guys get this one so wrong? Don't you people update your data weekly with whats on the credit bureaus because the last report I did last month says I'm in the clean.<br> <br> Please fix this mess.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br> M
