SBSA grinds to halt when staff member off sick

SBSA delays my bond cancellation by months firstly by losing my title deed and secondly by not signing forms to progress without title deed. Latest excuse by consultant Olla Letsoalo was that she was off sick. My cancellation, my house move, my sale of property hangs in the balance of ONE INDIVIDUAL who is offsick. It doesnt get more pathetic than that. SBSA should invest in oxygen bubble for Olla Letsola so that she never gets sick else all business will come to a stand still!
