SBK Home Loans - What an embarrasment

I'm trying to buy a new house from a Developer through SBK since got a better rate compared to previous home loan issuer Absa. Now I regret ...... my house is still being built by the Developer and have not yet moved in into the house . The full home loan amount is not yet paid by SBK but already getting sms/calls/ that I need to pay them an instalment ...... I have told them over and over again I will start paying once my house is finished being build by the developer ( WHICH WAS AN AGRREEMENT FROM THE START ) ! Really disappointed ......should have stayed with Absa !!
