SBC NAEDO Loan i know nothing about deducted f

so on the 24th of April this SBC NAEDO helped themselves to my money , i went to the branch to find out who are these people and why are the being deductions that i did not authorise going on in my account . all the could do for me is reverse this and mind you i GOT CHARGED FOR THIS REVERSAL YET THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT, today i call the call centre and i speak to this guy who then tells me he doesnt know who this company is it only shows SBC NAEDO LOAN, he then proceeds to tell me they will do a thorough investigation of which i will get billed for, what **** is this, i get ****** people accessing my account without my permission now im being BILLED FOR ASSISTANCE had standard bank been on the ball with all of this and handled my money and secured it non of this **** would be happening. ******* utter *******!!!! WE are being ****** blind of our hard earned cash!!! Fix this standard bank i wont rest till its sorted, cause first it will be 350, then thousands, i work hard for my cash and im not going to be giving it away for free and to pay for things that shouldnt have happened in the first place is complete and utter dog poo!!!!!!
