SB Vehicle Finance a circus!

<p>I've been trying - for 4 days to quite simply get my tax certificate for my vehicle from SB Asset Finance. I've spent over an hour's worth of airtime trying to get this certificate and I'm no closer. Just being given the total run around, from being told that they system was offline (3 days in a row), to "we send the request to our back office and it takes 3-5 days". Why is it, Standard Bank, that far smaller organisations than you (Discovery, MFC, SAHL), it literally takes 2 minutes? <br />Get into the 21st century Standard Bank. APPALLED!</p>
