SB CARD DIVISION COULD NOT CARE LESS

I live in Johannesbrg and regularly travel to the Free State [Ladybrand]. Whenever I cross the Gauteng border into the Free State, my garage card is declined although I have sufficent funds in my account. When I cross the border back to Gauteng, my Garage Card is fine again. I ended up in precaurius ituations at times where my card is declined and I do not have cash on me. I raised this issue with the Standard Bank Card Division numerous times - I even received a letter of apology from them, but the problem persist. On Saturday, I went into the bank at Northcliff Branch to complain about this, I wa told to see a consultant. I was third in the queue but after an hour I was still waiting, so I got up and left.
