SB CANNOT TRANSFER A TFSA IN 2 MONTHS!!!!!

This is useless service from a company that claims to be the best in the country. Pathetic.

I've requested to do a transfer of my TFSA to another provider in Dec 2020. It's now the end of the tax year, and still it's not been done!!!!!!!! Apparently it's a two weeks process, but SB cannot even do it in two months. Pathetic!!!!!!! I've wanted to keep my account open for trading, but with this level of service, I would really just like to transfer my account, and never make use of any SB product, ever!!!

Just do the transfer and get it done with!
