Saying SB is useless is an insult to the word useless
The most USELESS bank in the entire world!
I've complained now probably for 2 months straight. I have a student load with this useless bank for about 5 years now, WHICH I PAY EVERY MONTH!
All I want is a settlement letter SO THAT I CAN PAY YOU MORE MONEY but the idiots working for this useless bank cant even call me or send me a statement.
I am so over this. I would NEVER EVER do business with Standard bank or recommend anyone using their services.
After my last complaint Thabisile Nxumalo emailed me telling me someone would call me. That was almost a month ago. No call. How can one company be so useless?
