Savings withdrwal

I had a stop order with standard bank which they were taking R200 every month so I went to withdraw from my savings inside the branch they told me I have to wait for seven days notice gave me a confirming letter stating when will the funds be in my account which its was suppose to be in my account by 21/04/2015 till today they haven't and this is not the first time they do such thing I don't understand why such a big company does this last time I deposit by mistake money into the wrong account told them about it still it was seven days notice but I got the money after 2weeks and no one wanted to take responsibility telling the person responsible is not around. After this issue is resolved I'm moving elsewhere my friend told me about Standard bank that its ****.
