Saterdag hours

I recently started a business and connot make it to the bank during the week. Normally I just use my app but had to go into bank. How can a bank in one of the largest malls in South Africa close at 12:00 and is closed on a Sunday. Capitec in the same mall is opened till 5 and Sundays. Bay west Port Elizabeth Standard hours need to please be reviewed. At leat till 14:00
