Sars payment

On the 8th July 2021 Sars paid R1275.60 into my closed standard bank cheque account meaning I can't withdraw that money. My then personal banker in Sasolburg tried to help me by sending an to head office for my account to be opened so that I can get the money but standard bank rep**** by saying they can't help someone who is under debt review. Please help
