San-Fredo Cleophas - Brilliant Service Ambassador

I visited Standard Bank Milnerton Branch this morning, was assisted by by San-Fredo Cleophas. The Branch's business hours are from 9am until 13h00 as a result of the Lockdown which obviously means a lot more customers as was the case when I arrived, there was a long queue. It was San-Fredo & a colleague assisting clients at the Service & Accounts Section. The queue was moving so swiftly due to these 2 ladies working so hard. San-Fredo assisted me with the opening of an Account, she was so professional, communicated so clearly, had the product knowledge & was so quick. She was amazing & blew my mind with her incredible service! Thank you & keep up the great work.
