Same problem, different day...

Yet once again I find myself having to complain about STD banks service and the last complaint was not even 3 months ago. As usual your service is below average but yet I find myself staying on as a client hoping things will improve,but you never prove me right.I app**** for a bond suspension in Dec , after dealing with a rude call centre agent my request got granted because I had to escalate it to hello peter. Somewhere in your useless system and your *********** staff, someone messed up by loading incorrect information regarding my bond suspension, when I queried it I was given a story and told not to worry , that the system is doing what is loaded on it. now all over of a sudden R8500 gets deducted from my account and no one contacted to me to find what's going on and why the account is in arrears which by the way is a fault on std bank, as mentioned I queried why the normal instalment was not fully deducted and was told all is in order. so I'd like to know from Std bank how am I suppose to pay my other debit order going off on 1 April including your bond instalment. If anything you just causing more financial problems for me, smart thinking from a financial institution.
