Got a call dated for the 01/11/2018 by this following number zero eight seven double three zero three double one four, this should be a marketing number however she was offering me a credit card, just wanted to confirm if it's legit or a **** as she had my details populated already. However if you are going to call a prospect and offer a product or service why wasn't an sms or email sent to the client to confirm that they will be getting a call from Standard bank, to secure the message a OTP could be sent to the clients email address to open and read the encrypted message. However I feel the manner it was done in was unprofessional and my personal details have been compromised, no consideration of the POPI Act and TCF outcome 3.I don't blame the agent. I blame the process that was created. I also requested for a confirmation letter what was stipulated to me via email, NOTHING OBTAINED!!!
