Sale of shares messed up by Standard Bank Securities

Standard Bank Securities messed up the sale of my shares. SBG Securities sold all my shares and not the tax portion and then transferred the proceeds into my employers account.

I was told last week Friday that the proceeds from the sale of my shares has been transferred into my account. Today I am not that this did not happen and that all the proceeds from the shares has been transferred to my employers account. Lies and confusion, it's disgusting
