sale agreement uinstead of copy of title deed

I've been requesting just a copy of my title deed with Standard Bank , they kept on sending me the copy of the sale agreement , they keep on saying they do not have and sending me the sale agreement instead. Yes I still owe the bank hence I am asking for the copy not the original.

I am told that they are being lazy to go check on metro files to check for me , They don't know the frustration they are causing because I need to renovate my house .That copy I am requesting is my ticket to access finances somewhere else as they cannot assist me with anything.
