Salary case not solved till now

Standard bank has caused so many problems for me.i got paid on the 5th of February 2019 and they closed my account on in January without notifying me and my salary disappeared till today theres no trace of my money and at work they have proof of payment but standard bank has no idea where it is i have been waiting since February for my case to be resolved and it seems im not the only one experiencing this.. Im at the bank now and it still isnt looking good..does this mean i wont get my salary at all my hard earned money..
