Sagewise Debit Order and R115 monthly

<p>for the past3 months I have been getting debit order for Sagewise, and they debit when I dont have funds, and Standard Bank charges me R115 every month and refuses to debit me as I have expained to them a number of times that I dont know these guys. I have just checked my statement and same thing happened, I feel like my bank is failing me as they dont want to reverse the R115 charged, please help</p>
