Sad service

Almost a month now and still waiting on them to close my late wifes bank account. The estate department has no competent employees. I will be closing my own account and business accounts soon as this is a true testimony of what they are worth... I might have felt differently if I could actually get a hold of the but hanging on the line for 20 min and then they drop the call. Not once but a couple of times, and they call that the customer service line... Pathetic
