I loved standard bank for it's security and customer service. Telephonic consultants are great, but unfortunately I'm so disappointed that being with standard bank for almost a decade they can't even offer me any product..I needed a car and I got it elsewhere, needed credit card got it elsewhere. Right now I'm looking for a property, and I tried their online application, imagine just a mere 360 000 flat they said I don't qualify where as elsewhere I am qualifying. I'm sad to say I'm even stopping the process of upgrading my account to prestige as they were offering.. I'm leaving standard bank and going to banks that value me. Monday I'm out. Good bye standard bank.
