Run around for a prescribed letter
I had two credit cards with STD Bank almost 10 years ago which was prescribed and closed.
This still appears on my ITC report and I require a letter to say that my accounts were prescribed.
STANDARD BANK MASTERCARD *** STANDARD BANK MASTERCARD ***
Its been months now that I have been trying to obtain these letters. the letter needs to specify the above-mentioned account numbers.
Please can you assist as a matter of urgency or indicate to me in writing why you cannot assist it is not that difficult.
