Rudeness of Standard Bank help desk

My name is Gcobile Tuesday I was at the Standard Bank ATM in Pretoria North, and the ATM swallowed my card it was 16:35. The security told me to return the following day because they do keep then in the Branch. Yesterday I went back to the Branch at the help desk the lady didn't even what to assist me or check if there are cards that where taken out of the ATM. She just said you have an app on your phone just request a replacement. I said all I wanted way the card that j was using because I can't pay R170 for a replacement card while they do keep those cards in the Branch. She was very unprofessional n rude. I went to another bank today n ask them if they do keep chaque cards if they we swallowed by an ATM. I was told that chaque cards they do keep them safe .
