Rude Teller

a teller assisted me on the 23rd February 2023 at approximately 10:15 seated at teller 7 at Benoni lakeside mall Standard Bank , I went to fill out a form and had informed her that my ID book isn't present and she proceeded to fill stamp and sign the subsidy form that did not have my name on it , under the assumption that because my ID was not present I asked her to stamp the other form i had with me which was my mother's and she proceeded to respond that she needs my mother's physical ID , with confusion as to why my mother's ID is needed whereas she didn't need my ID neither did she use my fingerprint to identify me and she stamped my form without my name on it I did not understand why she couldn't stamp my mother's form the very same way , she proceeded to respond to me by asking " would you assist me or my boyfriend without our ID I said we have a self service terminal that identifies if you have an account or not so yes I would assist you and my workplace and she gave me the most irritated facial expression as if I'm speaking hogwash ..please assist her to work on her attitude as she couldn't even respond when I greeted her too on our initial encounter
