rude operator

I went to the bank on Tuesday after lunch to see my private banker after the one I had left the bank without notifying me. The lady who was on the phone with her personal stuff while on duty didn't even give me a chance to explain why I was there. I tried to explain that I was there to make an appointment with my private banker. She rudely told me to send my banker an email as he was seen on appointment. I've been calling him to set an appointment but he's always unavailable. If that lady is rude to us as if we want her money she shouldn't work with people. If she can't help I will jump the ship with my money.
