Rude manager

Today i was at Standard bank in Umlazi Mega City with my partner. The service was not only slow, but the staff were truly rude and unprofessional. I witnessed one of the ladies shouting at a client who came into the bank with a Capitec employee. The Standard Bank employee was extremely rude to not only them, but the security guard who works with her as well. The receptionist then notified me that this lady was intact the branch manager. How disappointing for us as clients to witness such poor behavior, as there are better ways to handle disputes. The manager continued to make remarks publicly about the client and the Capitec employee even after they left.
