Rude *********** staff

Iam utterely disgusted with standard bank consultants. They provided incorrect information and a query that I was told will only take 2-3 days ended up taking longer than 10 days as my refund hs still not been done! One consultant asked me do I or do I not want to be helped. The other one said he is transferrring me to his Team Leader and I ended up holding for over 10minutes. I spoke to someone today who told me to repeat the whole stor as he doesnt \understand"what i mean when I say im calling about a refund on my account!The only lady who provided great service with proper information was Mapule and Carmen as for the rest of the consultants they should really look at whether they want to be employed or not. Standard Bnk is great bnk and the last thing it needs is a few rotten potatoes to spoil their name and brand."""
