Rude front desk vereeniging branch

I'm at standard bank in vereeniging. We had an appointment with our banker and thought while waiting we can print a statement from our club account (which our banker can't access), the front desk clerk was very rude and short with us and refused to assist me and told me the person i came to will help me and if he can't he will find someone who can. Don't put rude people on your front desk if you don't want to loose customers.
