Rude consultant
We got horrible service from Std Bank Thavhani Mall from a lady by the name Konanani Ramabulana who was very rude and wanted to turn us away (because we had printed our papers in black and white instead of colour)..we have been at the branch since 11am and only recieved help at 13hrs (it's 14:50 and we are still at the branch) and we are travelling with a person who is wheelchair bound
