Rude Consultant.

A consultant or Agent by the name of "Charl" who did not even to give her surname from Personal lending department was very Terribly slow on a call like she was sleeping for a consultant and very rude, Did not want to even listen to the customer spoke over my words. i wonder if such consultants are even given training. Disgusted by the service.
