Rude consultant.

<p>I have had so many issues with this bank it is unbelievable. Thulani Moyo from the card division called me about my credit card & was not solution orientated at all. He started shouting at me when I didn't give him the answers that he wanted as if I owed HIM & not the bank. I advised him that I made payment at Woodmead & would also pay 30 April which he pointed out was on a Sunday. He became totally agressive when I told him that when I attempted to pay via cellphone banking etc the system would not allow me. His attitude was not of someone who was interested in offering a solution. He was arrogant & unprofessional. Every department at Standard bank is problematic i.e. Southgate branch tellers allow people to skip the queue & go ahead of everyone else standing in the queue, my cheque card declines transactions & states "do not honour" to the merchant as if it is a ****** card. I reported it in January & they said the IT department would sort it out and revert which never happened to date. Total disaster. I'm very disappointed.</p>
