Rude Consultant
A lady called sorisha called me today. VERY RUDE. Doesnt explain to me exactly what i need to do to pay student loan back. Doesn't give me proper information, very condescending. I am very appalled by her behavior. Can i get someone who will assist me in this regard?
Please train your staff. This is very unprofessional.
