Rude branch manager at Standard Bank Golden Walk

Today I was at Standard Bank Golden Walk mall in Germiston, the branch manager is so rude and have no respect on pregnant women, she just chased my wife from the waiting chairs saying nobody should sit down if they not there to do any transaction in the bank, I confronted her and she rudely rep**** that it's the rules of the branch. My wife is seven months pregnant with big tummy... She claimed that she ddnt see that she was pregnant.... She is not friendly at all when speaking to customers, I just left the branch to some other branch. What a rude lady being a branch manager that's not it
