Rude Arrogant Unhelpful
The service attendant mentioned was extremely rude arrogant and unhelpful. She wasted my time. She asked numerous questions about my salary and even asked me IF SIGNATURE WAS MY SIGNATURE!! I only needed to add a beneficary to make a once transfer. It turned into an interrogation!!!
