Rude and unprofessional
Shay Zimba at your branch in Fordsburg is unprofessional and rude. What happened to client confidentiality when assisting clients? She wanted to help me on front of another client and says it's helping fast and when I refuse she gossips about me to that client and they laugh. Please check the footage now before closing time today
