Rude and not interested at helping

We transferred funds into UJ account online and UJ could not locate them on their normal account. After a month my husband went to std bank Raceview and Mbali Zwane was the one helping. First he gave her the card and the ID and she still asked what account they were transferred from when he presented the credit card, then she said she could not locate the transfer. My husband tried to confirm quickly with myself and called me and she rudely told him to move so he can assist another client, this call wouldn't have taken too long and had to happen as she didn't seem to know what she was doing as the funds were transferred from the credit card. As my husband was calling she left him there showing unprofessionalism. She then came back & when she discovered that the funds were indeed transferred from cr card, she said she cannot reverse them which I understand but she could have offered an alternative to give my husband a bank stamped letter which we could present at UJ as proof which we got after all the trouble. Such a rude and unprofessional service from Mbali and to top it all she did not even have her name tag, she seemed uninterested to help. I hope this matter is taken up with her, she needs to treat clients with CARE and respect they deserve, do u even practice TCF? It will also help if she can be trained on providing alternatives to clients instead of just dismissing their request when there is an alternative . This was really upsetting and low class service.
