Rude and doesn't repect clients privacy

I have a problem with this lady she's using her power to go in clients bank accounts and then discuss it with people outside don't you sign something at the bank to say that you will not discuss any information what so ever to anyone outside only to the account holder. Well clearly she is not doing it when will she stop? What's in other people's accounts is none of her business.
