I am so disgusted with STD bank . I went in to the branch 2016 to cancel my acc with them and I was told I had a reserved debit that needed to clear first then the they’d cancel . 2018 I received an email that I was blacklisted and owed over R7000 from bank charges. I was never notified that I owed on in the first two years only after the debt accumulated to over 7k I get sent emails and smses.. when I enquirer I am told I need to write an essay explaining my case ? Who does that ??
