Rubbed R27000 by Standard bank!

I paid money into Standard Bank Debtor Finance public account. use references and all. Went into the branch and even Phoned and email Standard bank. I was told by the branch personnel that Personal landing recoveries will assist. But they responded later with a message to say Sorry we don't work with public accounts. I send POPs an all documents required and they confirmed is their public account. so my R27000 is paid into your accounts and I need it back if you can't allocate towards my loan!
