RPC Lost Contract and Agreed Instalment and Listed Me on ITC
Standard Bank gave me and RPC Loan Online with the agreed instalment of R317.00 /pm The debt order did not go off in Feb'16, March'16 and I phoned them to ask if they can start the debt order and they reply they don't know what is the instalment as the contract could not be found at that time and they can see there is a loan and that's it. so going through the year 2016 I paid the account of the amount which I know I agreed on online.
Now they keep phoning me harassing me the first week of August '17 and ask my ID number to check my account as the system trigger the call ???? then they see "oh your account is up to date" then I asked them why are you calling me then ?? and they reply "sorry sir it is the system"
on 15/08/2017 I ask to speak to an manager as the harassment calls is not stopping at all. The manager said she will start a debt order for me but we need to make the amount R340.00 /pm now as that what she could work out.
I asked her what is my Balance of this Account (RCP Loan of R8000.00 (23% interest)) and she rep**** she cant see the exact amount but +- R9000.00 , how on earth is that possible if I paid this account for 2 years already ???
I pulled my credit report and see that they have listed me on ITC as well - for what ????(this must be removed asap (false listing)) The listing instalment amount show R232.00/pm ??? and I am paying for the last 2 years on going R317/pm.
Standard Bank Please Explain this big mess you have made on my name.
I want my name clear at all credit bureau is SA.
