Rotten, slow non existant Service

I am still waiting for action from Std bank estate late dept for procuring a property. Cannot get clearance figures on a bond! 4 months of waiting and nothing happening. Phone Mercia at *** and quote mercia/c16715 for all the details you need.<br> <br> I am still waiting. Got a call last week and got a reference number *** and a promise that I would get feedback the following day (thursday last week - 11th feb) I have received nothing! Is this ref number meaningless? Must I go to the banking ombud? I NEED ACTION
