ROTTEN SERVICE FROM STANDARD BANK BUSINESS BANKING
Useless just pathetic. After 20 phone calls, with ********** music t******* in your ear you get through to somebody BUT they cant help you it has to be YOUR OWN BUSINESS BANKER. Right then you discover that your banker who has known you for years has left ,resigned, now you have someone else . So you leave all your details to be given to her with a request for a CALL BACK.......NEXT DAY, no call back. Go through 20 phone calls, rotten music, tell your issue to next person who...CANT HELP YOU, SO ONCE AGAIN YOU REQUEST A CALL BACK OR AN EMAIL.......NOTHING, NADA, NIX In the meantime you keep getting sms messages saying they are going to RESTRICT your account because of documents they dont have and you dont respond??????. Dont mind that your account has been open since 1993 and there has never been an issue. . HOW THE HECK MUST WE DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS ITS DISGUSTING
