Rotten people at Standard Bank.

Very heartbreaking.. I will never recommend anyone to take a loan or a bond with Standard Bank.. A family home that was 60 years in a family was recently auctioned off. Family fell into financial difficulties after the eldest son was involved a few years back in a motor vehicle accident and was paralyzed.

The mother and father even redid the home to accommodate the sons needs by putting handle bars in the bathroom and around the house.

The father lost his job again with covid and the bank made no effort to assist this family in dire straights or send anyone to find out the family's reasons. All they do is demand and when you can't pay they take away a 60year old family home.

Now the family will be on the streets upon transfer.. Where do they find a home with a son in a wheelchair..

So heartbreaking.. So please people before you consider how cruel and heartless this bank is.

Rather go with Fnb.. From personal experience when u run into difficulty there are kind hearted souls there to help you..

Only tears for this family. I am going to write a few articles and have it published accross all platforms maybe somewhere there are beautiful people out there that will help this family.
