As my personal banker for many years she understands what a client relationship means and always puts the client first. Somehow she yet again exceeded my expectations. She makes sure that she understands the clients requirement and goes beyond the call of duty to deliver results. I tried for many years to get a home loans and through her eagerness she managed to get a home loan and get car finance in the same year with the best interest rates. She always says she puts herself in the client shoes and then motivates and fights for her clients which is evident when I see how she gets things done quickly and professionally. Many times I might not succeed via the standard bank channels and she will then assure me that I need to give her time and she will ensure that she gets results.
