Roles and Continuous System Problems
<p>3 yrs ago I gave my partner signing powers on an investment account. Because of the 'roles' system we now have an issue of our profiles being combined. A few months ago we had issues with trying to get new cards on our respective profiles bcs we both seem to be sharing my BP ID number. This past week I tried to apply for credit and it declined bcs his profile is affecting mine. Something has got to be done about this. We are not even married how can this happen. Im on the verge of switching to FNB... Their customers seem to be happier than us loyal Standard bankers who constantly have issues. </p>
