Robots or people?

Good day,<br> <br> My dad recently passed on, with his passing we learned that the credit life that on my step moms card was never processed.<br> Standard bank demanded a payment, however at this stage we are still trying to resolve things, and get the estate going, we requested that the car to be kept on safe custody, and once we have resolved the estate, we will pay off the settlement money.<br> It is with great sadness to learn that Standard bank does not want to hear anything off this, they fetch the car, they are going to keep it for safe keeping for 30 days.<br> My step mom is bearly making ends meet, my dad passed on, there is no extra income.<br> Is there robots or people working at Standard bank?
