Robbing my ITC record

Good day,<br> <br> I am very disappoint in the manner my account has been handled, I was signed up as a surety 5 years ago. now I was told that I was taken off the surety but not according to ITC im still responsible for the account. this is **************** as I cant do anything now everything is stuck because standard bank wont take me off ITC..i am sick and tired of this its been 2 years off the surety(according to standardbank) but I am still on ITC..PLEASE REMOVE ME.
